Stranger: He went to Spock and said exactly what Jim told him, but Spock just stood stoically with a nod. Leonard hated seeing Spock get married away to this woman.

Stranger: He got sick just before going on. Passed out, he's not waking up Jim. He's scared to death. -LM

Stranger: They're taking him to his home. They have healers with him, but he refuses to wake up. -LM

You: "Bones!" Jim shouted bolting into the room.

Stranger: "Shut up!" Leonard hushed at him with a warning as he sat next to the sprawled out, pale body on the floor.

Stranger: ((BRB))

You: Jim's eyes widened, he didn't know what to do.

Stranger: "He just passed out. No reason. We tried to wake him up but he's refusing." Leonard said softly to him, "He's not waking up Jim."

You: "What do I do?" He whispered.

Stranger: "I don't know. You came down here!" He said softly.

You: "I know that Bones, I just don't know what to do" He said kneeling next to his friend.

Stranger: "He's been out for what looks like thirty minutes."

You: "I'm sorry Spock, I'm so sorry" He whispered.

Stranger: Laying limply on his back as Jim spoke.
"Here," Leonard handed him the letter.

You: "I will read it later but not until we wake him up" Jim pushed his friends hand away.

Stranger: "Just take it," Leonard threw it at him and stood up to go sit in the corner, "I'll be here when you need me."

You: Jim pulled Spock into his lap and stroked his face, remembering all the great times they had.

Stranger: Humming softly as he felt Jim's touch, leaning into it and sighing with a small smile tracing his lips.

You: His eyes widened and he whipped his head to look at McCoy, "Did you see that!"

Stranger: "No," He hushed at him as he rolled his eyes.

You: Turning back he looked at Spock. He stroked his face again, tracing the outline of the Vulcans lips.

Stranger: His lips moved and sighed as he was familiar with the touch and leaning into Jim's lap and rolled to him.

You: Smiling he grabbed one of Spock's hands and kissed his fingertips.

Stranger: Sighing as he touched his hands. Settling into him happily with a small grin.

You: Jim laughed and kissed Spock right on the lips, god it felt great he hasn't been able to do that in a /long/ time.

Stranger: Humming with a smile and leaning to him slightly. Murmuring softly at the touch of Jim.

You: "Spock" He whispered, "Spock can you wake up? For me?" He was Hoping this would work.

Stranger: Prying his eyes open and looking over Jim, "I must be dead." He whispered softly.

You: Jim laughed stroking Spock's face lovingly, "Not dead"

Stranger: "With out you I should be," He hummed and leaned to the touch.

You: "I felt like I died when you left" He said stroking the Vulcan's cheekbone with his thumb.

Stranger: "I wanted to," He hummed softly as he tried to smile more to Jim and settled into him.

You: Jim kissed Spock and said "Its not fair, your father got to marry his illogical human, and you don't get yours."

Stranger: "I wish it wasn't true," He wrapped his arms around Jim's middle.

You: "I do too" He whispered.

Stranger: "Please," He whispered softly, "I'd rather just die here with you holding me, instead of marrying her."

You: "No" He said simply just "No"

Stranger: "I don't want to marry her, and if I get exiled it'll kill me anyway."

You: "I'm sorry Spock, I'm so sorry"

Stranger: "Please," He buried his face in his stomach, "Please, please don't make me. I love you."

You: "I love you too and I'm sorry. I really am" He held Spock close to him.

Stranger: "I love you," He said softly, "I love you so much." He whispered, "Please, I want to be with you for the last moments of my life. Please."

You: Jim buried his face into Spock's neck "I love you too but you will not die, do you understand, you will not die."

Stranger: "I will be dead without you," He cried as he held Jim, "I am nothing without you. /Spock/ is dead with out his Jim."

You: "Shh its okay, you'll be okay" He said letting a tear drop onto Spock.

Stranger: Breathing in Jim as he leaned onto Jim, "Not without you."

You: Jim choked on what he was going to say, then turned to the doctor, "Go tell them he's awake"

Stranger: "No," He shook his head as he clutched to Jim, "No please." Spock pleaded.
Leonard got up and went to the door and froze at Spock's words.

You: "Do it Leonard" Jim growled. He then turned to Spock, "Spock listen to me, I love you and always will, remember that. Remember that this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do" He held Spock stroking his face and kissing him.

Stranger: Leonard left and went out the doors to find Spock's parents.

"Please," Spock was in tears at this rate. Holding Jim as if for dear life, "I love you, please don't make me."

You: "Do you think I want to do this?" He asked "You should know how much this kills me" His tears now falling freely down his face.

Stranger: "Let me die," he pleaded, "Please, I don't want to be without you."

You: Jim pressed his lips against the Vulcan's to stop him from speaking. "I can't let you die, it would kill me" He murmured against Spock's lips.

Stranger: "Please," He whispered pleadingly up to him, "Please Jim. I love you."

You: He glanced up to see if the doctor had come back but quickly looked down. "I know you love me and you know I love you, but they don

Stranger: "I love you," he said one last time as the doors opened and his father came in with Leonard close in tow.

You: Jim cried even more as he hugged Spock, "I love you too" He whispered in his ear.

Stranger: Holding him close as his father and his guards came to pull Spock away, "Captain, I see you have come to join the ceremony." Starek spoke easily to him as Spock was pulled away.

You: "No" He whispered, "I came to wake him up, then leave."

Stranger: "Pity," His father said as he dusted Spock off. Spock looking at Jim with a horrified look, "Please," He whispered softly to Jim.
"Then I see you'll be out then." Starek said to Jim.

You: "I'm so sorry Spock, I'm so very sorry" He touched Spock's face lightly then reached down with two fingers and pressed them to Spock's.

Stranger: "You'll be the only one I want at my funeral," Spock said softly to Jim as he pressed his fingers to Jim's. Leonard came over and took Jim's shoulders, "Come on Jim, I'll take you back."

You: "I love you t'hy'la" Jim knew the word from when he kissed Spock's hand earlier.

Stranger: "I love you too," His voice shook, as he watched Leonard take Jim out of the room, "Good bye, my love."

You: "I don't want to go" He fought his friend slightly wanting to get back to Spock.

Stranger: "No Jim," Leonard held him as he took him out, "It's time to go." He kept a tight grip to Jim as the doors closed behind him.

You: Jim slide against the doors, "This is why I didn't want to go in the first place, you thought I was being selfish and terrible. Do you understand now?" He said pressing his forehead against the door.

Stranger: "Yes," Leonard said as he held Jim's shoulders still trying to take him away, "I get it now, I'm sorry."

You: "I wont live without him Bones. I'll sooner kill myself" He said

Stranger: "You and him both," He said softly as he pulled Jim away, "Come on Jim, it's time to go."

You: Letting his friend take him away Jim looked up "You tell him exactly how much I love him, and you tell Sarek how much I hate him for this, that is an order."

Stranger: "I will," he nodded as he escorted Jim out and away from the building, "It's going to be okay."

You: "No" He shook his head. "No it wont."

Stranger: "It'll be okay, I have someone I want you to meet first okay?" He said as he led him around the bend.

You: Jim shook his head but went along with hiim.

Stranger: Stopping next to him for a moment as they stood next to the building, another figure came by dressed ready for the wedding, "This is Sybok, Spock's brother. He agreed to help me with something okay?" Leonard pulled Jim towards Sybok as he stood with a gentle smile at them, "I only wish to help." Sybok said to Jim.

You: "I never knew Spock had a brother. What do you want to /help/ with?"

Stranger: Giving Jim a gentle smile, "I chose to leave the Vulcan life style as a child, he doesn't speak of me much." Sybok gave a soft chuckle as Leonard stood close. Placing gentle fingers to the sides of Jim's face, "I'm going to make you forget, Leonard has asked me to." Sybok explained as Leonard kept him in place with his phaser to Jim's back set to stun if he tried to run, "Just let him Jim." Leonard said softly to Jim as Sybok started to pick through Jim's memories.

You: Jim fought him. "No, I don't want to forget. I'd rather live without him than forget him." Jim was taught by Spock how to get people out of your mind and Jim did as he was taught.

Stranger: "I hate to do this Jim," Leonard warned as he shot Jim with his phaser so he would still, setting it on stun so Jim would just be limp, "But it's for your own good." he sighed as he grabbed Jim before he could hit the ground.

You: Jim let out a cry and his vision went black.

Stranger: Holding Jim in his arms and nodding to Sybok to continue. Sybok kneeling down and doing so quickly so Jim wouldn't have any mind of who Spock was. "There," Sybok said softly to Leonard, "He shouldn't remember a thing." Leonard threw Jim over his shoulder, "Thank you." he said softly as he took Jim back to the ship and set him down in medical bay for the time being.

You: When Jim woke up he knew there was something wrong, something was missing.

Stranger: Everything was back to normal now. Leonard was attending and they had cleaned out Jim's things of Spock ever existing. Leonard walked into Jim's room and smiled softly to him, "Hey Jim, how you feeling?"

You: "What happened?" He croaked.

Stranger: "Gave us quite a scare, you passed out on the bridge." he sighed as he sat down next to the bed, "Johnson reported it."

You: "I wasn't on the bridge, I haven't been for quite a while and I- I can't remember why." He said puzzled.

Stranger: "Really? Well your first officer would say differently." He chuckled to him, "You must have hit your head hard."

You: "My first officer" He mulled it over something wasn't right. "What's going on Bones?"

Stranger: "Johnson," He said softly, "Jim you have passed out, hit your head, and that's it."

You: "No, that's not right Bones" He said frowning, "Why do I feel so sad? I feel as if I'm dying, why do I feel like this?"

Stranger: "You're just overreacting." He rolled his eyes, knowing what must have gone though already his mind, but keeping it quiet.

Stranger: ((BRB))

You: Tears leaked out the corners of his eyes, "No I'm not, I'm missing someone, my first officer I don't know who they are but I love them and I miss them"

Stranger: "No Jim, Johnson is and has been your first officer. Nothing else."

You: "Don't lie to me, somethings missing and its killing me, Bones what is it?" He was truly crying now.

Stranger: "Jim," He said roughly and grabbed his shoulders, "Just forget about it, okay? Don't pick at it, it won't come back to you. Forgotten like nothing, now just relax okay?"

You: His shoulders shook "I've never felt like this, I want them back. Bring him back" He grabbed his friend and hugged him. "Please"

Stranger: "I can't," He said softly to Jim, "I won't, and couldn't if I tried. Your mind as been wiped of him, and this is just the left over."

You: Jim looked at his friend horrified, "Why would you do this? You're supposed to be my friend" He pushed McCoy away.

Stranger: "It's for your own good." he took a step back,

Stranger: .

You: Jim shook his head angrily, "No, no it wasn't"

Stranger: "You were going insane, I had to do something!" Leonard tried to explain.

You: "I'm going insane now!' He shouted "I still love him and I can't even remember who he is!" He paused "He" Jim said softly "I said he and not them"

Stranger: "Even if you remember, you won't be able to find his mental link." Leonard said to himself.

You: "You are awful" He spat and walked out of med bay sicked and heart broken.

Stranger: "Get a lock on Captain Kirk," He demanded to the computer told him the location and had a security team following him.

You: Jim went to his quarters, laid on his bed a cried. All he wanted was this man back and he couldn't have him.

Stranger: The security team stood outside of the room and waited for their commands from Leonard as he came down and overrode the system letting himself in.

You: He didn't hear anyone come in, he just cried holding his chest feeling pathetic.

Stranger: Sitting at the desk with a sigh as he looked to Jim, "You were going to kill yourself cause of him."

You: "I still might, you can't erase love" He let out a whimper.

Stranger: "I won't let you die." He demanded, "It was his last wish he asked of me."

You: "What's his name, is he happy?"

Stranger: "I won't tell you his name, and no," Leonard shook his head, "He's scared, horrified, and wants to die every day without you."

You: Jim let out a heart broken sob, "Please" He begged "Please tell me his name"

Stranger: "No," He shook his head, "I won't. I'll tell you he loved you, he wanted nothing more then to be with you. He wanted to run away with you. He wanted you to live and that's what I'm doing for him."

You: "If he loved me why didn't he stay?" He asked "Where is he?"

Stranger: "He was forced to be married or else it he'd die." He sighed, "I won't tell you were he is either."

You: Jim remembered something but couldn't let Bones know, he had to find it. Looking disgustedly at the doctor he rolled over.

Stranger: "I'm sorry Jim, but I had to respect his wishes. He pulled a stunt to get you down. He told me his plan and this is it. Now please, just do as he asked."

You: "I refuse to believe this is what he wished for"

Stranger: "I have it in writing." He hissed.

You: "No you don't" Jim replied shaking his head tears still running down his face

Stranger: "I hid it too, he wrote you a letter and it said the whole story. You want it?" He offered, "It'll hurt like hell and he followed every thing I've told you. No name, no place, nothing."

You: That's what he remembered, the letter his last salvation. He let out a choked sob and nodded.

Stranger: Leonard put his hand into his pocket and took out a letter and gave it to Jim. The writing neat and letter pressed nicely for him, "There," he handed it over.

You: Taking the letter he sat up and opened it. Tears tracked down his face as he read it wanting it to not be true.

Stranger: /Dearest Jim,

You have no idea how much I miss you and how many times I will love you. I gave this letter to Leonard so that you'll know what I mean. I planned this since the marriage, and I knew you would want an explanation. I made myself pass out until given your touch. Forced Leonard to give you over to my brother to take these memories. I didn't want you to have pain when I chose my own fate. I love you Jim. Never doubt that I love you. Good bye Jim.

You: Jim's heart felt as if it were ripped out he couldn't cry anymore. It was all to painful and he began to die inside.

Stranger: "Told you," Leonard said softly, "He wanted only the best for you."

You: "T'hy'la" He whispered before curling on his bed.

Stranger: "That's what he called you," He said as he watched him.

You: "I know" Jim was dying, who knew you could die of heart break.

Stranger: "It'd been days since the wedding, we got another letter from him."

You: "Really?" He whispered

Stranger: "It's the reason it feels weird to think of him."

You: Jim didn't even respond.

Stranger: "It's the invitation to his funeral."

You: Jim's eyes widened "No, no, no, no" He chanted shaking his head.

Stranger: "I'm sorry," He shook his head.

You: "He can't be dead" Jim muttered

Stranger: "He is. I'm sorry." Leonard said softly.

Stranger: 'I tried to protect you," He replied.

You: "No you didn't" He moaned, "Just go"

Stranger: "I did as he asked, that is all I could try to do."

You: "When is his funeral?"

Stranger: "A few days."

You: "We will go" Jim said firmly

Stranger: "He only wanted you."

You: "Then I will go"

Stranger: "Okay, I'm sending a security team with you."

You: "I wont kill myself, I'm already dead." He dismissed the doctors worries, "He only wanted me"

Stranger: "Okay Jim," Leonard said softly to him, "I'll talk to Scotty."

You: "Now leave" Jim demanded.

Stranger: "Okay," Leonard said softly as he went out of the room

You: Jim clutched the blankets and sobbed "How could you, if you loved me why would you erase yourself" He sobbed

Stranger: The days past on and Leonard tried to keep care of Jim but found it hard. When the day came, Leonard walked into his room with his dressed suit, "Jim, it's time."

You: Jim knew what day it was, he did his best to look nice. "I know" He said hoarsely.

Stranger: "Go clean yourself up, I have your suit." He said softly to Jim as he moved about the cabin.

You: "Give it here then" He replied wearily.

Stranger: Giving it to Jim and crossing his arms.

You: He went into the bathroom to change. Coming out he glanced at the doctor.

Stranger: "You look nice," he tried to smile to him and moved to the door with him, "I have the transporter ready."

You: Jim nodded, he wasn't ready for this.

Stranger: "Come on," He wrapped an arm around Jim and took him to the transporter room.

You: He followed reluctantly. Hoping this wouldn't be to painful.

Stranger: Setting him up on the transporter with his communicator, "Call when you're ready to come back."

You: He nodded

Stranger: "Send him down," Leonard said softly as the gold light came around Jim.

You: Jim swallowed as he opened his eyes.

Stranger: It was a lit hall as the Vulcans moved around to see the body with the woman, his wife, next to the coffin, "Captain," She said to him as he appeared.

You: "Ma'am" He nodded holding back tears knowing this was the woman that took his love away from him.

Stranger: Standing aside as he was shown to the body. Spock lay still and lifeless in the glass coffin.

You: All control he had over his tears was lost, apologizing he turned away.

Stranger: "It is only understandable," Sybok spoke softly behind Jim giving him a soft sad smile, "Hello James."

You: "I-I" He couldn't even speak how embaressing. Jim looked at Sybok with wide teary eyes and shook his head.

Stranger: "You remember enough, but yet you do not know his name." Sybok lead Jim away and to a seat.

You: He nodded, "I've died" He whispered

Stranger: "He wouldn't want you to."

You: "He's the one that's killed me, my T'hy'la tore himself away from me"

Stranger: "He had no choice."

You: "You always have a choice and I understand his."

Stranger: "Which would be?"

You: "To leave me and live, it was only logical" Jim choked on the last word. He let out a strangled noise, "Spock"

Stranger: "Sh-Sh-Sh-" He said softly as he heard the name, "You remember."

You: "My beautiful Spock" He whispered remembering it all. Tears drenched his face.

Stranger: "He spoke of you in his last moments," He gave a small smile, "Wished he did it all differently."

You: "Oh Spock" He moaned his heart truly giving away.

Stranger: "Shh-" Sybok put an arm around Jim and took his communicator to call up, "I gave him an illusion, of you when it happened. Heard your voice, saw your face, he was happy."

You: Jim really thought he was dying down as he pressed his hand against his chest heaving repeating his loves name over and over.

Stranger: Touching Jim's head lightly and letting Jim see Spock instead as he called and waited for them to beam him up in a few minutes, "It's okay Jim, just relax."

You: Jim sobbed clutching his chest.

Stranger: Letting him cry as he held Jim close.

You: "Just let it be over" he breathed "I was hoping he wasn't dead"
